We source products whenever possible with independent sustainability and/or quality certification direct from the producer and have built our reputation on delivering on time and to specification.

Our wild-caught South Australian King Shrimp fishery is Marine Stewardship Council certified, our New Zealand Cloudy Bay Clams fishery carries the New Zealand Government’s Friend of the Sea international sustainability seal of approval and the Australian Southern Rocklobster fishery operates to strict catch quotas with third party certification for its Clean Green program.

Kerwee Wagyu from Darling Downs, Queensland Australia, is the most awarded grain-fed wagyu beef in Australia – hormone and GMO free meeting National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme certification with full traceability to the individual animal. Each carcass is graded to Meat Standards Australia’s quality system (MSA Grade score is a composite of tenderness, juiciness and flavour) and processed in a HACCP and AQIS EXPORT certified facility.

Clevedon Coast Oysters are certified organic and rated by Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch List as a Good Alternative.

Cloudy Bay Clams are wild harvested from New Zealand’s Marlborough Sound. The harvesting methods are unique – using a hydraulic winnowing clam rake system – and are managed by a strict quota system.

Our Australian Spanner Crab is sourced from the east coast of Australia year-round, and Southern Australian greenlip and tiger abalone are Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch List ‘Best Choice’.
