Important – Pricing for Variable Weight Based Items

Some items do vary in net weight and will be charged on a ‘per kilo’ basis via the following order process:

  • A hold on your credit will be placed for the maximum amount of the weight range shown (if the weight range is 5-7kg the hold price will be based upon 7 kilograms)
  • Your product will then be picked and weighed
  • The correct weight of the product will be applied to your order and your final order and price will be updated prior to delivery
  • The credit card purchase will be completed, with the amount adjusted to the order total with the correct weight(s)

Please note: The final order total will not exceed the amount held on your card prior to order fulfillment.


Contactless delivery will be arranged for Tuesdays or Thursdays. Cut off time for delivery is midday the day prior.

If you are in isolation, please call 1300 052 598 or email to ensure couriers can make a contactless delivery, without entering your property.

Eastern Seaboard Orders

If you are outside of South Australia and would like to purchase Terra Mare Prime products, please contact our sales team to order. A delivery surcharge will apply.


Please ensure you follow all COVID restrictions and guidelines upon arrival at Terra Mare Prime, Beverly.

Orders can be collected on Tuesdays and Fridays 9am-11am at Terra Mare Prime Australia, Unit 2/1 Myer Court, Beverley 5009.

Please bring your order number and some form of identification, e.g. drivers licence.
If someone else is picking the order up on your behalf, please let us know by responding to your order confirmation email.

Orders will be provided chilled or frozen, in boxes, with an ice pack. We strongly recommend that you bring an esky, icebox or other similar cold storage.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to collect all purchased items on the day of collection, as confirmed via email. Terra Mare Prime Australia cannot accept any responsibility for forgotten orders. To reschedule a collection time, please contact us
as soon as you place your order online.

No-One Home?

Our couriers may sometimes leave packages behind bushes or in non-conspicuous locations to avoid theft. If at all possible, we recommend that you make arrangements to have someone home upon delivery or send your order to a business address which will be attended/open. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, packages are to be left at the shipping address, unless you contact us immediately after placing your order to advise otherwise. Once the courier makes delivery, the goods become the responsibility of the customer. Terra Mare Prime takes no responsibility for spoiled goods if the customer does not responsibly store chilled or frozen products.

Acts of God/Weather Delays

Weather delays can be unexpected, and can result in the delay of your package. In the event that this should happen, we will immediately notify you on the status of your shipment. In some cases we may know of a weather delay just before we are about to ship your package. If this event happens, we will call you to discuss a potential rescheduling of your product to a later date.

Please note that neither Terra Mare Prime, nor our shipping partners, will be held responsible for delays resulting from ‘Acts of God’. This is stated in their shipping policies and therefore is also our policy. We will, however, do everything we can to get your package delivered in a timely manner and with a view to minimise the chance of loss.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you would like shipping to rural locations and destinations outside of metropolitan Adelaide, please call our sales team to arrange your order on 1300 052 598

Address Corrections

Please ensure you enter the correct address for us to ship your packages to. Incorrect addresses can also cause delays and additional costs to correct or reroute. We will not be held responsible for the spoilage or reimbursement of shipping charges and address correction fees should this occur.

Returns and Credits

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please call us and speak to a customer service representative. We reserve the right to conduct an investigation into claims that are potentially fraudulent. Please do not discard any packaging or product until you are completely satisfied with the product. If a claim is made, Terra Mare Prime deem it necessary to have the package and contents returned to us for inspection.

All claims must be made on the day of delivery by calling 1300 052 598.

No claims will be honoured if not made on the day of delivery.
